People who happen to be in the downtown Raleigh area on Friday afternoon can witness a sky-high dance performance during the grand opening for 301 Hillsborough, a new high-rise office building.
The mirrored 19-story office building is located at 301 Hillsborough St. and features 280,000 square feet of office space and 12,000 square feet of retail space.

Bandaloop, a group of talented aerial performers, will dangle from the building for a performance at 2 p.m. The group practiced Thursday, giving spectators in downtown Raleigh a preview of their breathtaking show.
Raleigh software firm Pendo, which will use the space for its headquarters, has already moved into the building.
The ribbon cutting and program begins after 1 p.m. Friday with speakers and special guests, including Mayor Mary-Ann Baldwin and leaders from The Fallon Company, which is behind the project.
