Dolly Parton is canceling her Las Vegas residency as she continues to heal from health issues.
The singer made the announcement Monday, May 4, in a video posted to her social media accounts.

"Thank you for standing by me and showing me so much love and support over the past year," Parton wrote in the caption, "I've still got some healing to do, but I am on my way! See you soon."
Parton said her health issues -- which include kidney stones -- are improving, but cause her to feel dizzy.
"Think of me like an old classic car that, once restored, can be better than ever," Parton said.
The singer announced she is canceling the Las Vegas residency that was scheduled to begin in the fall. She said she remains busy with her business ventures including the Dollywood theme park and producing an upcoming Broadway musical about her life.
She also addressed the death of her husband, Carl Dean, who died in March 2025.
"I will always love him, and I'll always miss him, but you would be surprised at how much your love and concern meant to me during that time," Parton said.
She ended the video saying that her doctors assure her that her medical issues are treatable and thanking her fans for their support.
