Body found at Jordan Lake, Chatham County deputies say

A body was recovered from a lake Friday in Chatham County.

According to the Chatham County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to reports of a body that was found in Jordan Lake.

Deputies were searching the lake near the N.C. 751 bridge, but it is unclear if that is where the body was found.

It is unclear how the body got into the lake.
