Saturday morning a car crashed into pedestrians at the Wilmington Farmers Market.

Late Saturday morning, a car crashed into the Wilmington Farmers Market on Oleander Drive in New Hanover County.

Wilmington Police say several people were struck by the car and transported to Novant New Hanover Regional Medical Center, with non-life-threatening injuries.

They said their early investigation shows the driver may have experienced a medical issue prior to the crash.
