Cary townhome fire displaces four, no injuries reported; investigation ongoing

Four people are displaced after a townhome in Cary caught fire.

On Friday, firefighters with the Cary Fire Department were called around 1:15 p.m. to Bay Drive.

When they arrived, crews found the townhomes fully engulfed in smoke.

Crews were able to safely evacuate all the residents from their homes. No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
