Clayton woman charged with felony in fatal hit-and-run, police investigate

On Nov. 28 a Clayton woman was involved in a hit-and-run on Sumner Blvd and the driver of the other vehicle died.

Warrants say 33-year-old Magda Galicia of Clayton was charged with felony hit-and-run causing serious injury or death, driving without insurance, and driving while license was revoked. 

Galicia left the scene after causing a crash that resulted in the death of Sueann Pugh, an author and former Milwaukee school teacher.
