Do you know this sheep? Raleigh police asks for public help in finding owner

The Raleigh Police Department is looking for the owner of a found sheep.

The department posted on Facebook Tuesday that their Animal Control Unit picked up a stray sheep in the North Raleigh area. 

The department said the sheep is on a 10-day stray hold as they try to locate the owner, per an N.C. general statute that states an animal can be hold for a certain amount of time before being made available for adoption, being disposed of or being considered for euthanasia.
