A person died and a juvenile was taken to the hospital from a shooting on Friday night in Granville County.
According to the Granville County Sheriff's Office, the shooting happened at a Family Dollar in Stovall on NC Highway 15 around 7:40 p.m. Ryan Ellington was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said a juvenile was airlifted to the hospital.

Aiden Moss was charged with first-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder. Moss, 19, is being held at the Granville County Detention Facility without bond.
It is unclear what led up to the shooting.
The shooting is still under investigation.
