A 67-year-old woman's ear was severely damaged when she was attacked by a neighbor's dogs.
Vance County deputies said that the dogs' owner, 31-year-old Quentin Spruill, had previously been cited for failing to properly confine dogs on his property.

On March 7, deputies say three of Spruill's dogs attacked the woman, leaving him with severe damage to his ear.
On March 16, Spruill was charged with three counts of misdemeanor attacks by dangerous dogs. He was given a $3,000 secure bond and is expected to appear in Vance County District Court on April 7.
The three dogs are in care and custody of the Vance County Animal Shelter.
