The southbound lanes of Interstate 95 in Johnston County were closed due to a crash. The road reopened just before 10 a.m.
Johnston County deputies are investigating a crash that involved two 18-wheel tractor-trailers. State Highway Patrol said the driver of the truck that is completely destroyed was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The other driver is OK.
