Johnston County deputies investigating after 50 vehicles targeted in Flowers community

The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after about 50 vehicles were targeted in the Flowers community early Thursday morning.

Deputies are asking residents to check their surveillance cameras for any suspicious activity or footage that could help identify the people involved.

Investigators are also asking anyone who recognizes the possible suspects or suspect vehicle, witnessed suspicious activity during the early morning hours of Sept. 3, or has additional surveillance footage to contact the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office.
