No students were injured in a Thursday morning school bus crash, according to Johnston County Public Schools.
North Carolina State Highway Patrol said the crash happened on Keen Road near N.C. 96. A Johnston County school bus carrying 27 students was stopped to pick up a student when a black Jeep Wrangler traveling behind it failed to slow down and rear-ended the bus, troopers said.

The Jeep was carrying a female driver and her two daughters.
Nobody involved in the crash was injured, Highway Patrol said.
Troopers cited the Jeep driver for failure to reduce speed.
