A Rose Hill man was arrested for over 25 charges of sexual abuse of minors that occurred over the course of more than a year, according to Sampson County deputies. 

Kelbie Deshaun Glover, 22, was arrested and charged earlier this week with one count of disseminating obscenity, one count of second-degree forcible rape, 14 counts of second-degree sexual abuse of a minor and four counts of third-degree sexual abuse of a minor.

Court documents show that Glover was also charged and arrested in January for similar crimes of extortion, indecent liberties with a child and failing to register as a sex offender.

According to all arrest warrants, these crimes occurred over the course of more than a year, from March 2024 to December 2025. 

Across all charges, Glover is being held in Sampson County on a roughly combined $450,000 bond.
