A man and child are in the hospital late Friday night after a crash in Durham County.
According to Highway Patrol, the crash happened around on Interstate 85 near Red Mill Road.

Troopers told WRAL News a car was speeding and rear ended another car in the southbound lanes. One of the drivers then lost control of the car and hit a tree, while the other continued down the road before stopping.
Troopers believe the child will be OK, but were unsure about the man's condition.
