Fayetteville police have identified a man found dead in a Fayetteville home over the weekend.
Around 7:50 p.m. on Friday, police were called to a home near Pelt Drive and Carlyle Drive for a welfare check. When they arrived, they found a man who had been shot. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

On Sunday, police identified the man as 70-year-old Odis Norris, from Fayetteville.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
