A motorcyclist was killed Wednesday in a Glenwood Avenue crash.
Raleigh police said the motorcyclist died on scene, and excessive speed is believed to be a factor in the crash.

The 2500 block of Glenwood Avenue was closed in both directions near Oberlin Road. According to police, the road may not fully reopen for several hours.
