The North Carolina Zoo introduced two new sand cats on Thursday.
The kittens, who were born in February to parents Sahara and Cosmo, were brought out by their mom in the Desert Dome habitat. Sahara and Cosmo now have a total of five kittens.

The zoo posted the moment in a reel on their Facebook page, writing:
"While the kittens' eyes are open, they are still trying to figure out this whole life thing. For now, they will spend most of their time sleeping and nursing. They are starting to walk around a little bit, but they are mostly staying close to mom."
The zoo said they still don't know the sex of the kittens or what their names will be.
They reminded guests to never bang on the habitat's glass.
