Cary police arrested a man when he was spotted on Wednesday near Panther Creek High School.
Landon Giggins, who was wanted for violating his domestic violence protection order, was spotted in the woodline between Panther Creek High School and the Aster Apartments community. Cary police officers arrested Giggins on Wednesday in the woods just before North Carolina Highway 55.

Giggins, 18, of Morrisville, is charged with resisting a public officer, contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, consuming beer or wine underage and second-degree trespassing.
Giggins is a former Panther Creek student. It's not known if the person who filed the order was a student at the school.
Panther Creek High School was placed on a code yellow lockdown while police searched the area. No one was injured.
Records show Giggins was charged on May 15 for assault on a female. A warrant for his arrest was placed on Monday. Records show Giggins' bond was $1 for the May arrest.
Raleigh man arrested on domestic violence charges in Cary
Cary police also made another domestic violence arrest on Wednesday.
Police arrested Jeremiah Payne Spencer, 23, of Raleigh, on domestic violence charges. Officers arrested him at Gray Street and North Academy Street. Police said no one was injured during the arrest.
On Wednesday, police arrived at a home along Beasley Court near Kingswood Drive to ask Spencer about the charges. Police said he ran from the back of the home.
Both Kingswood Magnet Elementary School and Cardinal Charter Academy went on a precautionary code yellow lockdown as multiple officers responded to the area. The schools returned to normal operations after the arrest.
