Page is accused in three different shootings that happened Sunday morning.
At 7:03 a.m., Cumberland County deputies responded to a shooting in the 700 block of Messenger Street. They found a woman who was shot. She was taken to the hospital.
At 7:12 a.m., police were called to the Hardee's fast food restaurant on Ramsey Street regarding a carjacking and a shooting. When they arrived, they found a woman who had been shot.
Later officers were called to the Food Lion parking lot on McArthur Road for another attempted carjacking and shooting.
At Food Lion, officers found a woman who had been shot.
That woman was identified by family to WRAL as 24-year-old Izzy Dolin.
Dolin's sister, Leighanna Bullard, said she was picking up a coffee before work and was approached by a man she didn't know in the Food Lion parking lot.
"He said, 'I need this car,' and she kind of laughed it off at him at first. He did push her, and then he shot her in the face," Bullard said.
Bullard said that man shot her sister in the face after he pushed her to the ground.
“I just don’t know how someone could do this. At seven in the morning. She was just trying to get coffee to go work her shift," said Bullard.
Luckily, a bystander, Derrick Hicks, stepped in and helped render aid to Dolin until first responders arrived.
Hicks told WRAL he saw Dolin injured and as he approached, the man fled the scene.
“As soon as I got closer, he was checking her pockets. And then right when I got up on her, he got in his car and left," recounted Hicks.
Bullard said Hicks saved her sister's life. He said he didn't consider what he did heroic.
"I don't feel like a hero, just a normal person trying to help out whatever way I can," he said. "One message I do have for her family, she is strong, young lady. She is strong."
Both women were taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. One remains at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in reported stable condition. The other female victim was life flighted to UNC Medical Center.
All three women are in stable condition as of Sunday night. Dolin's family said she will need reconstructive surgery, but is in good spirits.
Warrants also confirm that the first victim was Page's girlfriend.
"I'm very thankful these women are still here, but you attempted to take a child away, a sister away, a girlfriend away, and that's not OK," Bullard said.
