A driver is okay after crashing into a tree in Raleigh early Wednesday morning.
Raleigh Police say they responded to the crash at the intersection of Evers Drive and Hendren Circle just before midnight. They arrived and found a black pick-up truck against an oak bark. There appeared to be moderate damage to the front of the vehicle.

Officers determined the driver possibly fell asleep at the wheel during the investigation. The man was not seriously hurt and did not need medical attention.
The truck was towed away a short time later.
