A Chatham County man, 20-year-old Timothy Fox, is facing several felony charges, including rape and kidnapping, following an investigation into allegations that he sexually assaulted a child less than 15 years old.
The Chatham County Sheriff's Office says investigators also found child sexual assault material on Fox's electronic devices, and they have identified additional victims.

Fox is being held without bond and is set to appear in court on Aug. 31.
Fox is facing the following charges:
- Felony statutory rape of a child less than 15 years old
- 3 counts of felony indecent liberties with a child
- Felony second-degree kidnapping
- 10 counts of felony third degree sexual exploitation of a minor
- 2 counts of misdemeanor sexual battery
- Misdemeanor assault on a female
- 4 counts of misdemeanor disseminating material harmful to a minor
