A Rocky Mount man accused of raping a young girl appeared in court on Thursday.
Orlando Ordonez, 31, is facing multiple felony charges after he was accused of raping a young girl.

According to arrest documents, Ordonez is accused of raping a girl who is more than 10 years younger than him over the course of at least four years. He is also accused of having oral sex with the girl.
He is charged with four counts of statutory rape of a child by an adult, three counts of sex offense- free text and three counts of indecent liberties with a child.
He also faces four additional counts of indecent liberties with a child.
During his court appearance on Thursday, he was given a court-appointed attorney.
He is being held without bond and is expected to return to court at 9 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 4.
