Two Wake County school buses involved in minor crash near Zebulon

Two Wake County school buses were involved in a minor crash near Zebulon during the Tuesday morning commute.

At 7 a.m., the WRAL Breaking News Tracker arrived at the scene on Broughton Road near Strawfield Lane. Two school buses were parked on one side of the road.

The State Highway Patrol said the crash was reported around 6:30 a.m. There was minor damage to a side mirror on one school bus, and no injuries were reported.

There were a few students on both buses, officials said. 

An investigation is underway.
