A man who was shot at a Raleigh apartment complex has died.
Raleigh police arrived Friday to Brookbank Lane around 4:55 p.m and found a man who had been shot.

Police said 27-year-old Basadar Lawya St. was taken to the hospital and later died from his injuries.
WRAL's Sky 5 flew over the scene along Brookbank Lane on Friday and saw several ambulances and a man who was sitting on the ground in handcuffs.
Police said the man was taken to the detective division for questioning, was not charged, and was released.
No charges have been filed, and Raleigh police are still investigating.
