Six people are facing drug charges after Chatham County deputies served a search warrant at a home.

Sheriff’s deputies have arrested Damani Allison and Kami Barrera after executing a search warrant on Feb. 20 at a home along West 5th Street near Camelia Avenue in Siler City. The home is less than a block away from a child care center.

Allison, 26, of Siler City, is charged with one count of felony possession of methamphetamine, one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of misdemeanor resisting a public officer.

Allison received a $5,000 secured bond.

Barrera, 26, of Siler City, is charged with one count of felony possession of methamphetamine, one count of felony manufacture, sell, deliver, or possess controlled substances within 1,000 feet of a childcare center; one count of misdemeanor child abuse and one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.’

Barrera received a $25,000 secured bond.

Allison and Barrera are scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m. Wednesday, March 11.

Deputies are still looking for Lorenzo Nettles, Faith Lynch, Eric Walters and Tahkwan Tunney.

Nettles, 35, of Siler City, is charged with one count of felony possession of methamphetamine; one count of felony sell or deliver Schedule II controlled substance; one count of felony manufacture, sell, deliver, or possess controlled substances within 1,000 feet of a childcare center; one count of felony maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substances and one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lynch, 23, of Durham, is charged with one count of felony possession of methamphetamine; one count of felony manufacture, sell, deliver, or possess controlled substances within 1,000 feet of a childcare center and one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Walters, 32, of Greensboro, is charged with one count of felony conspiracy.

Tunney, 29, of Greensboro, is charged with one count of felony manufacture, sell, deliver, or possess controlled substances within 1,000 feet of a school; one count of felony conspiracy; one count of felony maintaining a dwelling, vehicle, or place for controlled substances; one count of misdemeanor possession of marijuana between one-half ounce and one and one-half ounces and one count of misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia.
