The launch of a SpaceX rocket was visible for people Tuesday in Raleigh.
Kathy Roberts, a Raleigh resident and WRAL viewer, sent us a video of the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket.

People throughout the southeast, including in Raleigh, were able to see the rocket launch across the sky Tuesday evening. The launch window was between 6:07 p.m. ET and 7:08 p.m. ET.
The rocket, which took off from Cape Canaveral, Florida, is transporting to orbit satellites owned by the company Maxar.
