Around noon, there were still 882 without power around Erwin.

The tower was seen leaning over on power lines early Monday morning.

Around 6:30 a.m., crews said they were having mechanical issues trying to turn off the electricity lines to the tower. They said they wouldn't be able to touch the tower until those lines were off.
