Goldsboro Police are asking for help to find a missing man. They suspect Tra'sond McNeil may have been met with foul play.
McNeil, 21, was last seen Nov. 8 on Sherard Court, police say. He lived in Goldsboro, but his mother lives in Raleigh.

"This is a high-risk situation," a police spokesman said.
McNeil is a Black man who wears his hair in locs. He is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing light blue jeans, blue and white shoes and a black hooded sweatshirt.
The Goldsboro Police Department and the Wayne County Sheriff's Office said McNeil left Sherard Court near Whitfield Drive in a blue vehicle towards Dudley.
McNeil’s grandmother, Tonya Wotten, told WITN that he was linked with troublesome activities before his disappearance, and family members fear that he may have been killed.
“I don’t want anybody to think I was oblivious to what Tra’sond was doing, but that doesn’t give anybody the right to take his or any child’s life,” Wooten said.
WITN also spoke with another family member.
"It hurts because dealing with a loved one that you grew up with or that you gave birth to or your grand child or your aunt or your sibling, how would that make you feel knowing someone is gone?" the family member said.
