Four people were injured in a wreck on I-40 East near Aviation Parkway.
The WRAL Breaking News Tracker was on the scene where emergency crews were responding to the wreck at exit 285.

Authorities told WRAL that a black van was trying to exit I-40 and hit a car, causing them to run off of the road.
Four people in the car were transported for treatment. It is unclear the extent of their injuries.
The ramp was closed while crews towed a car out of the wooded area near the road.
