A Wake County teen was taken to the hospital after a shooting incident at a home on Hartsfield Drive near Wake Forest.

The Wake County Sheriff's are investigating a shooting incident that occurred Sunday around 3 p.m. near Wake Forest on Hartsfield Drive.

A teen was located suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
