Fake weapon found in Person High School student’s backpack

A fake weapon was found in a Person High School student's backpack Tuesday morning.

A weapons detection system alerted school staff to a potential weapon in the backpack.

Staff immediately searched the backpack and found a fake weapon look-alike.
