Virginia State Police said a woman wanted on two counts of second-degree murder was arrested Thursday morning in Halifax County.
Dennikia Rachelle Boyce, 37, was arrested at a home on House Avenue in Scotland Neck on a federal charge of unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. She was wanted in connection with the July 24 killings of Rai’Shon Delarge and Phillip Wilson at a Virginia Department of Transportation equipment yard in Chesterfield County.

Virginia State Police said both men were shot and that the shooting was believed to be domestic-related.
Court documents show Boyce was spotted on surveillance video at a Walmart in Ahoskie, North Carolina, within hours of the killings on July 24. Two days later, on July 26, she was seen on camera again at a Sunoco in Conway, North Carolina.
On July 28, authorities in Northampton County found her abandoned blue Honda Accord hidden behind a church in Pendleton.
The Halifax County Sheriff's Office said the Halifax regional Drug and Gang Task Force, Scotland Neck Police Department and U.S. Marshals Service located and arrested Boyce. Authorities are working to extradite her to Virginia.
Boyce is scheduled to appear in Halifax County court on Sept. 22.
