One person is dead and another person is injured after a shooting occurred inside a popular Myrtle Beach restaurant Friday night.
WMBF reported that Myrtle Beach police responded to an altercation at Peaches Corner on Ocean Boulevard around 11:15 p.m.

Police said a fight broke out between a restaurant employee and another person before shots were fired.
One person was taken to the hospital for non life-threatening injuries. The second person was pronounced dead after succumbing to their injuries.
Officers arrested one person in connection to the shooting.
