One lucky person could win the sixth largest Powerball jackpot in the history of the game after the lottery pulled the winning numbers Wednesday night.
The winning numbers were 25, 33, 53, 62 and 66, with a Powerball of 17 and a Power Play multiplier of 4.

The Powerball jackpot is up to $1.25 billion (with a B) for winners who choose an annuity, or an estimated $572 million in cash.
The odds of winning the Powerball jackpot are one in 292 million.
While there has been no total jackpot winner for months, Monday's drawing saw two North Carolinians cash in.
- A $3 Power Play ticket purchased at the Food Lion on Rebecca Drive in Hillsborough won $200,000 when the 4X multiplier came up.
- A $2 ticket bought at the Harris Teeter on Kensington Drive in Waxhaw won $50,000.
The last five Powerball drawings have seen at least one ticket worth $100,000 or more purchased in North Carolina.
