Warrant: Woman charged with kidnapping tried to walk away with stroller at Myrtle Beach park

Warrants detail an alleged kidnapping at a Myrtle Beach park.

WMBF reports the Myrtle Beach Police Department was called to Plyler Park at 1000 North Ocean Blvd. in reference to a suspicious call.

According to documents, police say they were told that Amanda Dudney, 40, walked up, grabbed a stroller and attempted to walk away.

Those involved had to forcibly remove Dudney’s hand from the stroller to stop her from carrying the victim away, warrants state.

Police say they reviewed camera footage and say it matched the statements.
