An adult and two juveniles are in custody in connection with a deadly shooting earlier this month in Chapel Hill.

Sarod Folly, 20, of Carrboro, is charged with conspiracy to commit armed robbery, conspiracy to commit homicide and accessory after the fact to a homicide.
Authorities are holding Folly at the Orange County Detention Center without bond.
State law prohibits the public release of information about the juveniles.
On January 9, officers discovered K’son Thorpe of Oxford, dead on South Estes Drive Extension.
It's unclear whether anyone is actually charged with murder at this point.
