Harris Lake County Park has a new playground for visitors.
The Wake County park at 2112 County Park Dr., New Hill, not far from Apex and Holly Springs, reopened last week. According to the park's Facebook page, it includes new climbing trees, a green "hill" complete with a tunnel and climbing rope; a swing and more. The footprint of the playground also is bigger and includes additional seating. Can't wait to check it out!
