Search warrants highlight a gang with a deadly history in Raleigh and along the eastern seaboard.

Bush is also charged by Raleigh police for possession of a stolen vehicle. Inside the vehicle, police found two assault rifles and seven other guns.
Also, Bush is charged in Georgia for stealing a car and taking police on a chase.
Authorities are holding Bush at the Wake County Detention Center under a federal hold.
Agents believe Bush held a leadership role in the STK gang, or Shoot To Kill.
Warrants filed by the FBI and Raleigh Police Department detail crimes they believe Bush is connected to, including crimes dating back to 2019 in the Raleigh area.
On Feb. 25, 2021, agents said Steve Martin was shot and killed in Raleigh after an attempted drug-related burglary on Milburnie Road near Colleton Road. Four people members of the STK gang were arrested and charged for the murder, agents said. Bush is not among those charged with murder.
Agents believe Bush is connected to a kidnapping in January 2024 where a man was forced into a suspect vehicle at gunpoint and taken to Wendell.
According to authorities, the suspects bound the victim’s hands and feet with duct tape, and they put a plastic bag over his head.
Authorities said the man was shot in the hip by the driver, but successfully opened the door and jumped from the moving vehicle. The kidnapping victim who was shot did survive, authorities said.
