Durham swears in new police chief Stephanie Mardis

Durham Police Chief Stephanie Mardis was sworn in Friday morning. Dozens of friends, family, and law enforcement leadership from the Triangle and the Triad gathered at the Durham Performing Arts Center for the ceremony.
