NC State honoring 9/11 victims with special football game ceremony

The Wolfpack is set to face the University of Richmond at Carter-Finley Stadium, where the team will don special 'Wolfpack Warrior' jerseys to commemorate the day. A moment of silence will precede kickoff at 7 PM.
