Two men linked to a traffic stop on Raleigh's New Bern Avenue from Tuesday are in custody.
Authorities arrested one man Wednesday after a two-day search for him and another man ran away from officers and accidentally discharged a gun.

Norvell Michael Young, 19, was charged with one felony count of fleeing/eluding arrest in a motor vehicle and a misdemeanor charge of violating his probation for previous drug possession charges. Documents said he failed a drug test, which was part of an ordered substance abuse treatment program from those possession charges.
Young is accused of running away from Raleigh police after an attempted traffic stop Tuesday afternoon around New Bern Avenue and Beacon Lake Drive.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, officers were attempting to pull over a white Honda Accord along New Bern Avenue.
Police said Jose Collado, 21, exited the Accord while in possession of a gun and then ran from officers. During the chase, Collado discarded the gun, and it discharged when it hit the ground.
Police said Young, the driver, remained inside the car while officers pursued Collado before he drove away from the scene. On Thursday afternoon, police said Collado was in custody.
No officers were hurt.
Authorities charged Collado with possession of a weapon of mass destruction, possession of a firearm by a felon and resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer.
Young was taken into Wake County Justice Center under a $25,000 bond for the fleeing charges. He is scheduled to appear in court on these charges Thursday afternoon.
